Rooms have been reserved for conference attendees at hotels that are within 15 minutes to the venue by public transport. In order to book the booking passcode can be found on the indico registration page. The hotel block booking service is provided by the glasgow convention bureau and is open until 5^th June 2026, for best avaliablilty book by 24^th April.

Hotel Bookings

There are also 150 budget-friendly rooms reserved for the duration of the conference. They are avaliable on a first come, first served basis. These are single en-suite rooms at the Kelvinhaugh Gate university accomodation, a 15 minute walk from the conference venue. The rooms are in self-contained flats of 3 or 5 with a shared kitchen and living area. The price is £39.50 per room per night (~ 42 CHF).
